Ladies, don’t get hung up on the size or the number. It’s just that a number, I personally can wear a size large to a size 3X depending on the brand and fit. The instant I started to ignore the number and just focussed on how the items fit and felt on my body my life and closet changed, honestly it was a game changer. So follow our fit notes in each product listing and our size guide below, we are here to help you get the best fit possible. If you are unsure of your size (which is most of us), please reach out and let us help you find the right size and style for your unique and beautiful body. 

Below are the sizing charts for Aqua Bay Swim Co Brand Swimwear and can be used for most of the Womenswear brands we carry unless we state otherwise on the individual product page. If a specific product doesn’t follow the size chart below it will have fit information included on the product page for that item. Also when we reference true to size or size up or down, it’s in reference to this size chart. If in doubt, we are just an email or chat msg away and are always happy to assist with fit and sizing questions.

SHIPPING

MOST ORDERS IN CANADA ship via Canada Post Expedited with a tracking number, however, in some cases other carriers such as UPS, Purolator and Fed EX may be utilized.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you should expect to receive your shipment in 2–10 business days for purchases within Canada. A complete and valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase. Once the items are shipped, liability is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, damages and costs related to the delivery or to the carrier.

We strive to offer our customers high-quality clothing, swimwear, and decor and the best online shopping experience. We do our best to update our inventory. Unfortunately, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed. We also strive to show the products’ colors and shades in the most accurate way. However, due to variations in how each computer screen displays colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be perfectly accurate at reception.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

At Aqua Bay Swim Co Inc we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a graduated return policy as follows;

REFUND TO ORIGINAL PURCHASE METHOD - Regular priced online purchases, we will happily return and refund your purchase to original payment method. In order to qualify for a refund to original payment you must notify us, obtain approval and return the item back to Canada Post within 7 days of the delivery date. The order only qualifies if it is a regular price order, use of any discount code including First Time Purchase and Free Ship makes the order ineligible for a full refund to original payment method. Shipping fees incurred are not refundable.

REFUND TO STORE CREDIT - Orders using Free ship, first time order discounts and influencer discount codes are eligible for return to store credit if we are notified, we approve and the item is returned to Canada Post within 14 days of delivery date. Shipping fees incurred are not refundable.

FINAL SALE - Sale items (marked down below full price), items purchased with any discount code (other than First Time, Free Ship and influencer discounts) or items outside of the other return deadlines are final sale. 

INITIATE A RETURN - To initiate a return please email info@aquabayco.ca with your order number and wait for a pre-approval before proceeding to ship it back to us. Once an approval is provided returns must be shipped back immediately and post marked within the timelines noted above in each option to be eligible for the full refund and store credit options. Please note some exclusions apply and they are noted below. 

ITEMS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE - All hats, accessories, beauty products, and intimates, are final sale and are excluded from the return policies. 

Original and return shipping costs and duty (international orders) will not be refunded. Please note, the full cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, although we only charge $15 or in the event that an order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs in many cases exceeds these amounts and it’s the actual shipping cost to the company that will be deducted from the refund.

CONDITION OF PRODUCT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE - The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liners still attached and unaltered. Ensure you leave under garments on when trying on swimwear. Please note quality is important to us, if products have make-up, deodorant or other stains, pet hair, no tags, no hygienic liners, an odour of smoke, perfume or laundry detergent etc or in otherwise unsaleable condition they will not be accepted. Any ineligible returns will be held for 30 days. You will have the option of arranging for re-delivery at your expense or they will be donated to a local charity. 

REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PURCHASE METHOD

If you meet criteria for return to original payment method as noted above, please allow 7 to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Original and return shipping costs and duty on international orders will not be refunded. Please email info@aquabayco.ca to initiate the refund process and obtain the return address.

Please note we are not liable for items lost in the mail. Please send all returns back using a registered postal service and obtain a tracking number.

REFUNDS BY STORE CREDIT

If you meet criteria as noted above for a refund to store credit, refunds to store credit will come via the email provided on your original order. Original and return shipping costs and duty on international orders will not be refunded. Please email info@aquabayco.ca to initiate the refund process and obtain the return address.

EXCHANGES

Please note we are unable to do exchanges. If you require a different size please refer to the return process and procedures noted above. Once your return is approved you can reorder your correct size.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

Please note we are unable to cancel orders. Once an order is placed, we are charged all the order processing fees from the system and we don’t get a refund of these fees on cancelation of the order.

Once an order has been submitted we are limited to the changes we can make. Email info@aquabayco.ca and we will do our best to add items or change sizes but we are unable to add free shipping or discount codes to orders already submitted. Please ensure you add discount codes before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed for shipping we are no longer able to make any changes.

PRE-ORDERS

In the rare event that we offer a pre-order on an item, we will be unable to cancel or refund these items.

Pre-orders will be eligible for return to store credit to accommodate a size exchange, if your size isn’t available then the store credit will remain on file for your next purchase.  

SALES/ DISCOUNT CODES

All Sale items are final sale.

Sale prices are as marked and on in-stock items only. Sale includes all items purchased with an online discount/promotion code.

Use of First Time, FREESHIP or influencer discounts will not be considered final sale.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS

We take extreme care with packaging your items and every item is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure its free from damage or defects and in pristine condition. In the very rare event you note a defect we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your items.
