Most orders, of in-stock items, are processed and shipped within 3 working days via Canada Post. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you should expect to receive your shipment in 2–10 business days for purchases within Canada and 7-14 business days for purchases in the USA and abroad. A valid shipping address must be provided when confirming your purchase. Once the items are shipped, liability is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, damages and costs related to the delivery or to the carrier. No orders will be processed/delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and on legal holidays.

We strive to offer our customers high quality clothing, swimwear, and decor and the best online shopping experience. We do our best to update our inventory. Unfortunately, a product may be out of stock as your order is processed. We also strive to show the products’ colors and shades in the most accurate way. However, due to variations in how each computer screen displays colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be perfectly accurate at reception.


If you live locally to the Cowichan Valley (or are passing through) you can opt for the Local pickup. We offer the option to order online then come and collect your purchase in person to save shipping costs. Simply select the 'LOCAL PICK-UP' option at checkout. We will notify you by email when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

Alternatively, you may request a pick up at Monti's Marine, 6476 Bell McKinnon Rd, Duncan, BC. If you prefer to pick up in Duncan, please request this once you receive the email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. 


At Aqua Bay Swim Co Inc we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced online purchase we will happily refund your purchase to a store credit. To initiate a return please email with your order number and wait for a pre-approval before proceeding to ship it back to us. Once an approval is provided returns must be shipped back immediately and post marked within three days. Please note some exclusions apply and they are noted below. 

We offer a refund to store credit if notified within 14 days of delivery. 

Sale items or items purchased with any discount code are final sale. 

Items purchased with the 15% First Time order discount or FREESHIP discount will be eligible for return to store credit as long as it meets all other criteria for an eligible return as noted below.

All hats, accessories, beauty products, and intimates, are final sale and are excluded from the return policies. 

Original and return shipping costs and duty will not be refunded. Please note, the full cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, although we only charge $15 or in the event that an order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs exceeds these amounts and its the actual shipping cost to the company that will be deducted from the refund.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and hygienic protection liners still attached. Ensure you leave under garments on when trying on swimwear. Please note quality is important to us, if products have make-up, deodorant or other stains, pet hair, no tags, no hygienic liners, an odour of smoke, perfume or laundry detergent etc or in otherwise unsaleable condition they will not be accepted.

Any ineligible returns will be held for 30 days. You will have the option of arranging for re-delivery at the customers expense or they will be donated to a local charity. 


Refunds will be made to store credit and will come via the email provided on your original order. Original and return shipping costs and duty will not be refunded. Please email to initiate the refund process and then mail the returned item to the address noted below.

If you are returning items from outside of Canada, you must appropriately mark your package as "returned goods" so they do not incur duties, if you fail to do so and duties are incurred they will be deducted from your refund.

Please note we are not liable for items lost in the mail. Please send all returns back using a registered postal service and obtain a tracking number.


If you require a different size please email us at to initiate the exchange/return process and then follow the return procedures noted above. Please note full shipping charges will apply.


Please note we are unable to cancel orders. Once an order has been processed we can’t modify, or make changes to the order. Also please note our system does not allow us to add discount codes to existing orders, please ensure you add discount codes before placing your order.


In the rare event that we offer a pre-order on an item, these items will be considered a final sale. We will be unable to cancel, or refund these items.

Pre-orders will be eligible for exchange of size subject to availability and full shipping charges will apply and be the responsibility of the customer. Otherwise they are considered final sale.


We can exchange non-swimwear items purchased in studio within 14 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags on.  Please see the full refund/exchange policy above for items that are considered final sale.

We take extreme care with packaging your items and every item is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure its free from damage or defects and in pristine condition. In the rare event you note a defect we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your items.
